How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Due to the time sensitive nature of coupons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds
unless an item has been misrepresented or the item is being returned at our request and due to our error **.
In the event of that occurrence, we will ALWAYS attempt to work with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction !
Every effort is made every day to ensure your order has been shipped FAST and in most cases SAME DAY
or 1ST POSSIBLE USPS business day if the order was rec'd after 1PM EST M-F or on weekends.  
However, once we have taken the completed order to the United States Postal Service for delivery,
we have no control whatsoever over the amount of time it may take the USPS delivers that piece of mail or package to you.

** (If the item is being returned at our request and due to our error,
we will pay for the return shipping and credit your account the original clipping fees incurred by you for those items sent in error.)

We reserve the right to limit our credits/refunds and/or replacement coupons to the original clipping fee amount only.
Because we are working with issues that are invariably 'he said she said', we also ONLY issue IN-STORE credits or send replacement coupons.  
It has always been and WILL CONTINUE TO BE our ongoing goal to be 100% accurate on every single order,
but being human ourselves, and due to the volume of coupons clipped and shipped on an everyday basis,
mistakes both can and do happen occasionally despite 'best practices' efforts with every order to avoid those mistakes.

If you let us know of a problem, we'll be glad to fix it, as best as we can.
However, we cannot be responsible for missed sales opportunities or possible savings not received.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
