What are the shipping charges for my order ?
 
All orders for CLIPPED COUPONS of $7.50-$14.99 are shipped FREE Regular STAMPED 1st Class Mail.
**Note - The USPS does NOT provide 'tracking' for stamped mail**


All orders for CLIPPED COUPONS of $15.00-$39.99 are shipped FREE 1st Class Mail Pkg.
AND WE ADD FREE USPS TRACKING NUMBERS as added shipping security features.


All orders for CLIPPED COUPONS of $40.00-$124.99 are upgraded to FREE USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING
AND WE ADD FREE USPS TRACKING NUMBERS as added shipping security features.


All orders for CLIPPED COUPONS of $125.00 or more are upgraded
to FREE USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING
AND WE ADD FREE USPS TRACKING NUMBERS as added shipping security features.

AND....
We offer SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders M-F placed and PAID
no later than 12:00PM EST/11:00AM CST/10:00AM MST/9:00AM PST
(For same day Sat. shipping order must be placed by 8:00AM EST )
Because we have NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT (that's right ! no min. order req.)
(You could order as little as ONE CLIPPED COUPON if desired),
we do have a shipping charge for smaller orders of less than $7.50.
(fixed cost materials, include but are not limited to - our actual cost of postage
plus envelopes, mailing labels, printer paper, printer ink, sealing tape, etc..)
For CLIPPED coupons orders $0.01 - $7.49 Standard Shipping Charges are $0.99
(USPS tracking features and expedited shipping options also available upon request for addt'l USPS charges)

What is your shipping schedule ?
 
 On orders placed by 12PM (Noon) EST M-F     We ship Saturdays, too ! (by 8AM on Sat.)
We routinely ship from zipcode 38485.
What is your return policy?
  Due to the time sensitive nature of coupons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds unless an item has been misrepresented or the item is being returned at our request and due to our error **. In the event of that occurrence, we will ALWAYS attempt to work with you to ensure your 100% satisfaction ! Every effort is made every day to ensure your order has been shipped FAST and in most cases SAME DAY or 1ST POSSIBLE USPS business day if the order was rec'd after 12PM EST M-F or on weekends. However, once we have taken the completed order to the United States Postal Service for delivery, we have no control whatsoever over the amount of time it may take the USPS to deliver that piece of mail or package to you.

** (If the item is being returned at our request and due to our error, we will pay for the return shipping and credit your account the original clipping fees incurred by you or send more 'replacement' coupons to you for those items sent in error.)

We reserve the right to limit our credits/refunds and/or replacement coupons to the original clipping fee amount only. Because we are working with issues that are invariably 'he said she said', we also ONLY issue IN-STORE credits or send replacement coupons. It has always been and WILL CONTINUE TO BE our ongoing goal to be 100% accurate on every single order, but being human ourselves, and due to the volume of coupons clipped and shipped on an everyday basis, mistakes both can and do happen occasionally despite 'best practices' efforts with every order to avoid those mistakes. If you let us know of a problem, we'll be glad to fix it, as best as we can. However, we cannot be responsible for missed sales opportunities or possible savings not received. Our Mission - to help YOU, your family and friends save money when you shop on each and every trip to the store and we hope that with your careful coupon selection, you'll see a tremendous savings as a result of using our clipping services.
