Has my order shipped?
  Click the "Acct. Details/ Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's current status.
What happened to my order? My shopping cart is empty ?
  What happened to my order? I didn't pay for it yet ? My shopping cart is empty - why ?


Our 'online eStore' checkout process is very similar to any 'brick and mortar' store/supermarket.
You place items in your 'shopping cart' while you 'browse around the store'
and then once you've selected everything you wish to purchase, you go to the 'Cashier Checkout Area'
and remove those items physically from 'your cart' so the cashier may 'ring them up'
and 'Checkout' your order to determine the total amount owed for the transaction.

The online eStore is similar.............once you've clicked 'ORDER NOW', that serves the same purpose
as the 'live cashier' does. Items are 'removed from the cart' and 'put on hold' as YOUR ORDER
specifically for you and you only to prevent 'others' from simultaneously shopping the website for the 'same things'.
The transaction is 'totaled up' and an order number assigned and an order amount/balance due determined.

Your 'order' is then 'No Longer in Your Cart'................it has been 'Checked Out' by the automated 'Cashier'
and all that is remaining to do................just like a 'brick and mortar' checkout process is to 'pay for the transaction'.
And, no different than a physical 'brick and mortar' store, if you 'LOOK BACK' to your 'cart' it's going
to be 'empty'.........because you placed the items on the 'checkout area' for the cashier to ring up.
The same is true with our 'eStore'. Once you've clicked 'Place Order', if you 'CLICK BACK' then the cart is EMPTY.

To access the order again, simply click on the link located at the top of every page of the website
that is titled ''PAY/VIEW ORDERS'.
There you will find the items previously in your shopping cart.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  If you requested, or we provided to you as a free added value service,
any trackable form of shipping, such as Priority or Express Mail, the tracking number will be provided in the details of that order.  Regular 1st class envelopes do NOT provide any form of tracking; only those sent with 'delivery confirmation' or those send using Priority or Express Shipping.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
