Several of our valued customers have contacted us to state they are experiencing difficulty logging in to the store.
There is a 'browser specific' issue currently affecting the programming platform our online store
(and thousands of other online stores) use as our eCommerce platform (Volusion eCommerce)
YOU ARE GETTING LOGGED IN
when you input your login/password.
However, the ' automatic page re-direct from the login page to the HOME page'
apparently isn't working correctly,
so there is no VISUAL CUE
you can see to KNOW the system logged you in
when you entered login/password info.
Here's what to do - Login, and then
CLICK ON ANY OTHER LINK ON THE SITE.
(The WECLIPUSAVE logo, the 'coupons-newest', etc)
You should find that you ARE logged in
and may browse and shop at your convenience.
(Volusion's IT Dept. is aware of the issues and has personnel working on the issue right now) }
